About Kieni Constituency

Kieni Constituency is one of the constituencies that make up Nyeri County. It covers an area of 1,378.10sq km with a population of over 175,812 persons translating to a density of 127.6 people per square kilometer
The two sub counties namely: Kieni West and Kieni East covers the entire span from the slopes of the Aberdares to the slopes of Mt. Kenya. It borders Nyandarua county to the West and Laikipia county to the North. Kieni which is the largest constituency in Nyeri County is on the leeward side of Mount Kenya
